Last Saturday I had my first taste of the Sandblast gigs up at the Scarborough Uni campus. I'm not sure why I haven't caught on to these events any sooner, but let me tell you, it's worth the walk. The guys at Sound and Music seriously push everything they've got to put on a decent night, it's just a shame that not many people come up to take a look! Last weekend's bands were Diastima, The Andy Walker Experience and Club Smith, who are set to be supporting Kaiser Chiefs on their tour in January.
